MRAKI (pronounced meh-rah-ki / Meraki) is an artist who hails from San Francisco, Washington, DC, and was born in New Delhi India. Behind MRAKI, is Pranay Bhargava. Since Pranay was a kid, he’s worked to build a world full of love and pass on the opportunities he has received on towards others. Pranay’s name means love and this vision is to spread that love onto others to build a world of acceptance, fulfillment, love and tolerance. Not a world of hate, scarcity, and ego-driven insecurity and differences. MRAKI the name was born when Pranay was at a construction conference in Southern California and noticed the name (picture below on a store window) while on his way to a haircut at lunchtime. The name conveyed things that you are visceral to Pranay’s soul – love, passion, fulfillment, following through on the dreams you have about the person you want to become, service to others, and leaving behind a better world than the one we are all born into.
